These Terms and Conditions govern all supply, quotation, and export transactions conducted by Nawraah.

Quotation and Pricing

All product prices are provided strictly upon request. Published product listings do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is determined based on product type, order volume, packaging requirements, origin, and applicable Incoterms.

No Online Payment

Nawraah does not process or accept online payments through the website. All transactions are conducted through official quotations, invoices, and agreed payment terms following direct communication with the buyer.

Final Quotation

All quotations issued by Nawraah are valid for a limited period as specified in the quotation document. Final pricing and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order and may vary based on market conditions, logistics, and supplier availability.

Incoterms and Delivery

All shipments are executed under internationally recognized Incoterms as specified in the quotation, including EXW, FOB, CIF, or other agreed terms. Responsibility, risk transfer, and logistics obligations are defined by the agreed Incoterm.

Export Documentation

Nawraah provides export documentation as required for international shipments, including commercial invoice, packing list, and standard export documentation. Additional certification requirements must be specified and agreed prior to shipment.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation and issuance of an official invoice. Nawraah reserves the right to accept or decline orders based on supply availability and compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Nawraah acts as a sourcing and export supply partner. Liability is limited to the scope defined in the confirmed quotation and applicable supply agreement.
