Nawraah

The house

The house

Nawraah is an origin-led dried fruit and nut brand. The name evokes naw — new — and the blossom of orchard country. We exist so a carton on the buyer’s dock can still be traced to a named valley.

Why Nawraah exists

Too much Afghan and Central Asian fruit still moves as mixed, unlabelled bulk. The importer receives a carton that cannot answer a simple question: which valley, which harvest, which grade? Nawraah is built to make that answer ordinary.

The name

Nawraah is a house name, not a registered historical firm and not a claim of royal lineage. In Dari and Persian, naw speaks of the new; the longer form is meant to feel like blossom and first light over orchard country. We will not invent a founding year or a registration number for the sake of a footer.

How we work

We source named lots from Afghanistan first, and from neighbouring Central Asian orchards when a season requires it. Those complementary lots are labelled as such. We sell to the trade: importers, distributors, and industrial buyers. Destination and delivery terms are named on the offer.

What we will not do

We will not display customer logos we have not earned, laboratory seals we do not hold, or farm photographs taken from someone else’s catalogue. Trust is slower than a template. That is the point.
